つみれ【摘入】
〔「つみいれ」の転〕
(1)すりつぶした魚肉を卵や小麦粉などをつなぎにしてこね合わせ, 少しずつ摘み取ってまるめ, 汁に入れて煮たもの。
(2)魚肉をすって団子のようにまるめて蒸したもの。 つみいれはんぺん。
